Blogging
Sorry for the lack of updates in the last few days. I’ve been working on another project called Celeb Daily Dose. CDD is a blog containing galleries of celebs, models, porn-stars etc. It went live today and to my surprise has received 288 visitors already. 288 may not seem that many but that’s without any promotion what so ever so once I incorporate the techniques i’ve covered in Monty-blog.com I should be looking at 1000 + per day with in a week.
This may seem like me bragging or a shameless plug for my new blog, but why I really added this post was to show you how easy it is to set up and run a blog. From start to finish it took me a day to setup the blog with a free Wordpress account. Once your happy with the way your blogs looking just start posting till your hearts content.

Blogging, Make money on the internet
A ‘Page Rank’ is a number Google gives to a web page that represents how important Google thinks the page is on the web. When one page links to another, Google considers it to be effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more ‘votes’ there are for a page across the whole web, the more important that page must be. But that’s quite an assumption, isn’t it?
The importance of the page that is casting the vote determines how important the vote itself really is, meaning in Google calculations a page’s importance comes from the votes cast for it. These votes are then taken into account when the page is ranked.
As a general rule of thumb, Google Page Ranks along with Alexa ratings are the best indicators of how well your SEO work has been going. Granted, the ranking that you appear in on the results for your most important key words is the real indicator, but a strong Google Page Rank will help to boost this position substantially. The more links that you have pointing at your site, the better off you are. That’s a basic rule that will apply throughout your SEO operations.
Page Rank matters because it’s one of the most influential factors that determine a page’s ranking in Google’s search results. If you want to have good Page Rank, you’d better make sure people are linking to your site.
Well, don’t jump the gun and try to get your site linked from everywhere you can, because Google doesn’t count every link. They have started filter out links from known ‘link farms’ (sites that are nothing but big lists of links), and being linked to or from these kinds of sites will get you penalized by Google. Be careful out there. They have also implemented a new relevance calculator that (true to its name) tries to determine how relevant the links into and out of your site are. The most important factor here is that Google considers long lasting links as more meaningful than a recently published link.
The best way to increase your page rank is to contact people with relevant and complementary content (that is, content that does not compete with your own but that enhances it). These links are most likely to last and they will not only increase your Google Page Rank, but they will also provide relevant hits via the links themselves.

Blogging, Make money on the internet
Bangbros is the biggest adult website network on the internet with around 18 websites to date. With their yearly turnover in the millions it’s a great affiliate program to get involved with. Before you dismiss the idea because you don’t want to get involved with adult content, you have to remember that its business and a key factor to success is finding a affiliate program that sells well and with Bangbros that’s exactly what you get. It’s a well know fact that sex sells well on the internet, gone are the days where you’d see some old guy trying to hide his face as he walks out of a sex shop with a brown paper bag full of videos. Now he can purchase it anonymously in the comfort of his own home and because its so easy he’s like to buy more. Bangbros affiliate program is free to sign up too (as are just about all affiliate programs). Once you have signed up and been approved you can log into your affiliate control panel for the first time which can simply be described as the best I have used. The features that it offers are firstly a stats page that is constantly updated with how many clicks your links are producing, number of sign ups and amount you have earned. You also get a huge amount of promotional banners and free content (about 70% to 80% of the full site content) to incise people to sign up. Payment wise bangbros is one of the highest paying affiliate programs that I have used. They pay $35 per sign up and then further payments for any renewals that your original sign up provides. They also pay $200 dollars per webmaster referral (so if you find this review helpful and intend to sign up please do so from here. I would do the same for you). I find that the sign up rate for me works at about 1 sign up per 80 clicks so if you can increase traffic from your links to about 500 clicks a day your talking a nice profit of about $175 (£87.50).
I’m rather fussy when it comes to selecting affiliate programs. Before I sign up I make sure they tick all the boxes. Pays well, is a product that will sell well and has a good control panel to keep you up to date with happenings. Bangbros has all of this. So if your new to the affiliate market or a true pro I really suggest trying Bangbros and like I said earlier please sign up from one of my links. It won’t cost you anything and it will enable me to carry on bring you useful information via Monty-blog.com instead of getting a real job. Hope you’ve found this useful.

Make money on the internet, Reviews
The other day I stumbled across a great plugin by Ankesh Kothari called buy me a beer. The WordPress plugin that allows my blog readers to buy me a beer via PayPal.
The plugin adds a “Buy Me a Beer” button to your sidebar and at the bottom of every post. When your readers click on the button, they are taken to the secure PayPal page so they can donate money for your drinking habits. For the tea total people among you, there’s non-alcoholic drinks, which shows a setting to replace the beer mug with a coffee cup.
This isn’t a way to make big bucks from your blogging, but I think it’s a nice plugin for people to show their appreciation of your blog. So if you find anything that is useful in my blog, or you’re just feeling generous, then please buy me a beer.

Blogging, Make money on the internet
If you’re a webmaster wanting to increase your traffic, this post is just want you’re looking for.
So your site/blog is up and running and you’ve got a steady steam of traffic that you’ve generated for free, through such ways as links on related forums or link trades with other sites. This is a good place to be, because like a house you need firm footings. The next step is to build up your traffic. It’s obvious that the more visitors your site/blog gets the higher affiliate sales rate is going to be.
For example:-
Let’s say that you make affiliate sales of 2% of your visitors and you make £10 per sale (this will depend on your affiliate programs). For the first example you’re getting a steady stream of 100 visitors a day.
2 % of 100 = 2 sales of £10 = £20
Now let’s say that you increase your traffic to a 1000 visitors a day.
2% 0f 1000 = 20 sales of £10 = £200
Hopefully that shows the importance of a high rate of traffic to a successful site/blog. The beauty of the example is that it’s rather a modest figure. The site I use to reach this high level of traffic is Traffic holder. What traffic holder provides is not only a high level of traffic to your site/blog, for a very cheap price, but you can also sell traffic which can prove very lucrative. I began by using profit from traffic sold to buy traffic, but as my earnings as gone up, I can bank over half and use the rest to buy traffic. In essence I’m getting high levels of traffic for free .

Blogging, Make money on the internet
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that if you want high rates of traffic through your site every day, you need to be on the first page of Google. The big question is how? Well there’s no set way unfortunately, but if you follow this guide you will be there or there about.
Ranking high in search engine results for certain keywords is sometimes really difficult, but if you work hard and choose the right ones you should be able to get on Google’s first page. First of all you will need some related keywords to your website or blog post and you will have to focus on them. To choose the right keyword you can use a keyword selector tool. Once you have chosen keywords that you are happy with, you can use a keyword difficulty tool. What this tool does is quite simply tells you how difficult it is to get on to Google’s first page with your keywords, so use it to find relevant keywords with to your site/blog that has a low difficulty rating. Of course these kind of tools are not precise but they will give you a good idea and aid you to improve your key words.
Once you have optimized your keywords, the next step is to set up some good backlinks. You can buy links or make some link exchanges, but make sure that the backlinks are content related to your website.
I use this free top search engine ranking tool to check my blog ranking on Google.
I hope this helps. I’ll sign off by saying that getting your site/blog on the first page of Google won’t happen over night but if you work hard at optimizing your keywords and setting up linkbacks you will get there.

Blogging, Make money on the internet
Would you be interested in link trade with Monty-Blog.com. If so please read on.
What I’m looking for are people with a site/blog interested in adding a link to Monty-Blog.com in return for me linking to their site/blog. It’s a great and free way to increase traffic to both sites. I stumbled across the idea on http://www.bloggertalk.com/index.php where I have established 3 link trades (thanks to you guys, you know who you are) after leaving a post. On top of just adding links I’m also looking for people to review Monty-Blog.com in return for me reviewing their site. Lets face it we all want large amounts of traffic and I believe this done right is a great way of achieving that.
If your interested please leave a comment or contact me on montyblog@hotmail.com Look forward to hearing from you.
